Greatly enjoyed the place, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay by the perfect service of Mustafa from reception who helped me a lot during my stay. The pool area was nice and the location was perfectly comfortable and handy, close to both restaurants. Places like The Mall were relatively near from here too. The double room was nicely furnished, had a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a satellite TV. The bathroom was big size, it was nice to have a bidet.

We spent 2 nights and will definitely go back there again. The hotel is fairly clean and provides decent-sized rooms. A bus stop is next to the venue, very convenient. The garden restaurant serves outstanding food.

The manager tried hard to find us another 5-star hotel and we were invited for dinner in the evening. Still, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Unfortunately we didn't get our room, which we had booked and paid for months ago, because the hotel was overbooked, what a pity, because we would have liked to stay in this hotel
